Since launching HIRE360 in 2020, Jay has helped drive major investments in workforce development, establish strategic partnerships, and led the creation of a 54,000-square-foot Training & Business Development Center.

Job Corps is a lifeline for many workers to get into a good, union job. With the recent closure, Bricklayers DC 1 welcomed 5 displaced Job Corps students into their Brick apprenticeship program already in progress.
